An annotated bibliography of at least 98% of all English translations and versions of the Bible and parts thereof (this includes single verses from some unknown magazines, translations that showed up in theological books, etc.) up to the Summer of 1991. Chamberlin is the Director of The Bible Museum and Biblical Research Foundation and vice-president of the International Society of Bible Collectors, publisher of the journal, Bible Editions & Versions (formerly Bible Collectors' World). Mr. Chamberlin manages the production of the journal.

This edition is not based solely on the collection in the British and Foreign Bible Societ Library, but draws on the holdings of other outstanding collections both in Britain and the United States, and indicates locations therein.
